Webmaster Update: I have personally chosen to discontinue my use of the ICQ instant messenger
software. The former utilitarian efficiency and practicality of ICQ has degenerated since the
company's acquisition by AOL. ICQ is now bloatware, offering features I do not want, and sucking
up too much memory depleting windows system resources. ICQ is neither stable nor is it reliable.
I recommend using the older versions until ICQ no longer supports former protocols.
